Description: Health and wellness journeys can be rollercoasters. When I was a kid I had seizures. As I got older, I accumulated a basket-full of random symptoms, from seasonal allergies, to eczema, constipation, hormonal imbalances, and massive fatigue. Many of you are aware of my autoimmune diagnosis from blog posts and videos, but today I'm rewinding ALL the way back, to tell you #mywholestory (with a few baby photos, and mom cameo for good measure 😉). In fact, it was because of hearing someone else's wellness story years ago that I was able to connect the dots on my own body, and ultimately get tested for celiac disease.
